NEW KID IN TOWN - EAGLES - full song lesson - part 1 of 2 - 17:19 minutes

This is a great song to really push yourself to the next level. Lots and lots of chords, key change, quick changes, bar chords, chucking, triplets, some challenging changes, and much more. So like I always say, keep trying to push yourself musically by tackling challenging pieces of music - it will make you a better player, help get you to the next level, and make the easier material like butter! This song has been arranged for one guitar. Take it in sections and start slow and bring up to speed. Then piece all the parts together to get the full song. Lots of chords to learn and remember so get them all down and work on the changes two at a time and then piece them together. YOU CAN DO IT - chip away at the song in pieces and soon you will get the whole song down and be playing it up to speed. Then give yourself a pat on the back for accomplishing the goal of learning a more challenging piece of music. YOU ROCK!

Chords you will need to play this song are - quite a few - about 16 of them:

E, F#m, F#, F#7, F#m7, B, A, C#m, G, D, Ab, Ab7, B7, Am7, C, Em7,
